💰 Is there a fee to create an accommodation page?No. Creating and using the accommodation page in TTO is completely free. You can add hotels, enable live rates, and share the page without any fees.
🏨 What happens if a hotel becomes unavailable?If a hotel becomes unavailable, it will automatically stop showing as bookable through Live Rates. This usually happens when rooms sell out or availability changes on the hotel’s side.
💬 Can I see which guests booked accommodation?At the moment, TTO does not show individual guest-level booking details for Live Rates accommodation.
📬 Who do guests contact if they have booking issues?If a guest experiences an issue while booking accommodation through Live Rates, they should contact the booking provider directly, using the support details included in their booking confirmation.
