When guests book through your Live Rates accommodation page, planners can download a list of everyone who has booked each hotel. Open Guest Accommodation for the event and use the option to download bookings.
The download includes:
💍 Wedding name or link
👤 Guest first and last name
📧 Guest email
🏨 Hotel booked
📅 Date booked
🛬 Check-in and check-out dates
📌 Status (Confirmed or Cancelled)
🚐 Why it helps

🔐 What stays private
Guests book and pay directly and securely with the booking provider. Payment details are never shown in TTO; the download only covers who booked, where and when.
