🏨 Adding Your Own Booking Link to the Accommodation Page

Got a specific hotel link you want guests to click so it counts toward your room block? You can drop it into the description box under your Accommodation section πŸ™Œ

Here's the easy way to do it:

πŸ”— Go to your Website Builder β†’ Accommodation section
✏️ Open the description box (right under the title)

πŸ“‹ Add your booking link β€” you can either:
β€’ paste the raw URL directly, like https://mascalsastre.com/, or
β€’ highlight text like "Book here" and turn it into a clickable link

πŸ’Ύ Hit Save and it's live

Example with a plain URL:
Book the perfect place to rest your dancing feet! We have created an exclusive booking page with selected hotels and special wedding rates. Book now at https://mascalsastre.com/ and secure your room for the celebrations! 🏨

Example with a hyperlinked phrase:

Book the perfect place to rest your dancing feet! We have created an exclusive booking page with selected hotels and special wedding rates. Book now and secure your room for the celebrations! 🏨

Both work fine β€” pasting the raw link is quicker and guests can still tap it, while hyperlinking a phrase just looks a bit cleaner.

You can also rename the Navigation title itself β€” instead of leaving it as "Accommodation," you can change it to something more specific like the hotel's name, or even just "Book Your Stay," so guests know what to expect right from the menu πŸ“

That's it! When guests open the page, they'll see your note and can tap straight through to book β€” so it'll count toward your allocation πŸŽ‰

One small note: this manual link is separate from TTO's Live Rates feature (which auto-pulls hotel rates). If you're working with a specific hotel deal outside of that, this description box is exactly the right spot for it.
