✅ Open the Accommodation Section
Go to TTO dashboard
Click on the Accommodation tab
If prompted, start the Accommodation page for this event
This is where you’ll manage all hotel options visible to guests.
🏙️ Tell TTO About Your Wedding
When you first open Accommodation, you’ll see a setup screen (shown below):
“Tell us about your wedding”
Here, you’ll enter:
• Start date of your festivities
• End date of your festivities
• Venue name
• Venue address (this is how TTO finds hotels nearby)
Once the venue address is entered, you can choose:

📍 Search Nearby Hotels
TTO will use this information to find the most relevant hotels and accurate live rates near your venue.
🏨 Search by Hotel Name
If you already have a specific hotel in mind that you'd like to recommend to your guests, you can search for it directly by name rather than browsing nearby results.
To add a specific hotel:
Tap Search by Hotel Name
Type the name of the hotel in the search bar
Browse the results and select the correct hotel from the list
Click the + button to add it to your accommodation page
💡 Pro Tip: You can combine both methods - use Search Nearby Hotels to add a general selection of convenient options, then use Search by Hotel Name to add any specific hotels you'd like to feature or recommend. Your guests will see all of them together on your accommodation page!
⚡Search Nearby Hotels
If you choose Search Nearby Hotels, TTO will automatically search for available hotels close to your venue based on your event dates and guest count.
🔍 Adjusting Your Search Radius
You can control how far the search looks by selecting a search radius:
5 mi (8 km)
10 mi (16 km)
15 mi (24 km)
25 mi (40 km)
31 mi (50 km)
Simply select your preferred distance and the results will update automatically to show hotels within that range.
🗺️ Searching a Different Location
Sometimes you'll want to show guests hotel options in a different city or area than your venue itself — for example, if your venue is remote and guests are more likely to stay in a nearby town, or if there's a second location tied to your wedding weekend (like a welcome dinner or after-party venue).
To search a different location:
On the hotel results screen, click Search a different location
Enter the city or address you'd like to search hotels near instead
Choose your preferred search radius
Browse and add hotels from this location the same way you would with nearby results
📌 Note: Searching a different location does not change your venue address - your venue stays the same. This only adjusts where the hotel search itself is centered, so you can add hotels from multiple areas to the same accommodation page if needed.
📋 Browsing Results
Each hotel displays its distance from your venue, star rating, room availability, price per night, and key amenities
Click View details to learn more about a specific hotel before adding it
Click the + button to add a hotel directly to your wedding page
If you'd like to see more options, click Load more to browse additional results — the search can return hundreds of nearby hotels
Prices and room availability may vary on a daily basis
💡 Pro Tip: Start with a smaller radius (5–10 mi) to show guests the most convenient options first, then expand if you'd like to offer more variety!
👀 Hide or Unhide a Hotel
You can control which hotels appear on your guest-facing page.
To Hide a Hotel
• Click the eye icon on the hotel card
• The hotel will disappear from the guest view
• It moves to the bottom of your list with a note:
“Hotel hidden from the page and moved to the bottom of the list”
This is useful when:
• A hotel becomes fully booked
• A rate becomes too high
• You no longer recommend that property
To Unhide a Hotel
• Scroll to the bottom where hidden hotels appear
• Click the eye icon again
• The hotel will reappear on your guest page
This lets you easily manage what guests can and cannot see.
📣 Publishing the Accommodation Page
Once everything looks good:
• Click Publish page (blue button at the bottom right)
Publishing means your guests can now view the full accommodation list on your wedding website.
What happens when you publish
• All visible hotels become accessible to guests
• Live rates update automatically
• Booking links become usable
• You can share the page link via E-Card, email, or WhatsApp
❌ Unpublishing the Page
If you want to temporarily hide the entire accommodation page from guests:
• Click Unpublish
This removes the page from your wedding website while keeping your setup intact.
You can republish at any time.
🌐 Viewing the Page
To see exactly what guests will see, use:
• View page (or View example)
This opens the guest-facing version of your accommodation page so you can confirm everything is displayed correctly.
