✏️ Step 1: Switch Off the Old Attendance Question
Go to your RSVP section and find your current attendance question (e.g. "Will you attend our wedding?")
Rename it something like "Old Attendance Wedding" so it's clear it's outdated
Save your changes, then toggle the question OFF
📌 Note: Turning it off doesn't delete any of the responses already submitted — those stay exactly as they are in the Guestlist.
➕ Step 2: Create the New Attendance Question
Create a fresh question with your new date, e.g. "Will you attend our wedding on the 21st of August?"
Set the answer type to Yes/No (select from options)
Name the Guestlist column something like "New Attendance Wedding"
📋 What Happens in Your Guestlist
Once both questions exist, your Guestlist will show two separate columns — the old one with previous responses, and the new one that fills in as guests RSVP again.
💡 Tip: To keep things tidy, hide the old attendance column and move the new one up to where Attendance normally sits. This way your Guestlist stays clear and focused on current responses, without losing the old data.
📨 What Guests See
When guests open their RSVP, they'll automatically see the new question — "Will you attend the new wedding date?" — along with any other questions you haven't switched off. The old question won't appear to them anymore.
📌 Note: You're not overwriting or deleting old responses at any point — you're just hiding the old question and tracking new responses separately going forward.
