Need more than a yes or no? Add custom questions to your RSVP - for shuttle plans, dietary needs, song requests, and more - and they go live instantly.

🗂️ Start with the right section

Your RSVP is organized into five categories:

  • Attendance

  • Catering

  • Accessibility

  • Transport

  • Miscellaneous

💡 Tip: Before adding a question, take a second to think about which section it actually belongs in. Placing it correctly keeps your RSVP flow clean and makes sure the right guests see it at the right point in the form.

✏️ Example 1: Adding an Attendance question

Say you're hosting a pool party the day after the wedding, and you want to know who's coming. Since this is about who's attending what, it belongs in the Attendance section.

Here's the flow:

  • Write your question — e.g. "Will you attend the pool party?"

  • Choose your audience: all guests, or only guests with a specific tag

  • Add an optional sub-description for extra context

  • Set your answer type — this doesn't have to be Yes/No, you can choose whatever fits

  • Name the column where responses will land in your Guestlist (e.g. Pool Attendance)

  • Decide if it's a required question

  • Hit Save

📌 Note: That's it — the question is added automatically. No separate publish step needed.

🎵 Example 2: Adding a Miscellaneous question

Something like a song request doesn't affect attendance or logistics — it's a nice-to-have. That makes Miscellaneous the right home for it.

Same steps apply, using the same panel shown above:

  • Set your answer type (text works well for open-ended requests)

  • Name the column

  • Toggle whether it's required

  • Save

🔄 Your changes go live automatically

Here's the best part: once you save a question — or switch one off — your RSVP link updates instantly. There's no separate "publish" button to remember.

📌 Note: Your RSVP link is always a live mirror of whatever questions are currently switched on in your RSVP tab. Add something, and it appears. Turn something off, and it disappears — guests will only ever see your current setup.
