โž• Plus One Settings

Under Can guests bring a plus one?, choose how plus ones are handled:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ค Only if specified in my guestlist
Only guests with a designated plus one in the guest list will see this option.

  • โž• Allow guests to add plus-ones
All guests will be asked if theyโ€™re bringing a plus one (up to the allowed limit).

๐Ÿ’ก Choose this if youโ€™re happy for guests to decide their plus one during RSVP.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Children Settings

Under Can guests bring children?, choose how children and babies are handled:

  • ๐Ÿ“ Only if specified in my guestlist
Only guests with a child or baby tag in the guest list will see this option.

โš ๏ธ Key Things to Remember

  • These settings apply to the entire RSVP flow

  • Guest list tags must be set up correctly when using โ€œOnly if specifiedโ€

  • Allowing plus ones or children will prompt guests during RSVP

  • Incorrect settings may result in unexpected additional attendees

โœ… Best Practice

Before sharing your RSVP:

  • ๐Ÿ‘€ Review your Advanced RSVP settings

  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Check plus one and child tags in your guest list

  • ๐Ÿงช Preview the RSVP as a guest

This ensures your RSVP works smoothly and your guest count stays accurate.
