🔎 Filter Your Guestlist by RSVP Response
Need to quickly see who confirmed or declined?
Head to your Guestlist, click the three dots beside the Attendance column, and select Filter. From there, you can choose a specific RSVP answer like:
✅ Yes, of course
❌ No, regretfully decline
⏳ No response
Once selected, your guestlist updates instantly to show only matching guests, making follow-ups and planning much easier.
📊 Use the Count Values Feature for a Quick Overview
If you want an even faster way to understand your RSVP progress, the Count Values feature gives you a complete attendance breakdown in one click.
🔵 All
Shows your entire guestlist, including every guest regardless of RSVP status. Perfect when you want the full picture of your event attendance.
🟢 Populated
Displays guests who have already responded — whether they accepted or declined. This is especially useful when confirming catering numbers, seating plans, or
accommodations.
🟡 Empty
Shows guests who still haven’t responded yet. Think of this as your instant follow-up list — no searching or scrolling required.
💡 Important to Know About “No Response”
When a guest is initially marked as No Response, the label may temporarily appear inside the attendance field. However, after leaving and returning to the Guestlist, that field may appear blank instead.
Don’t worry — this is completely normal ✅
Those blank attendance fields are exactly what the Empty filter is designed to track. So if your Empty filter shows 22 guests, that simply means 22 guests still haven’t confirmed their attendance.
✨ Why This Helps
Using Filters and Count Values together gives you a much clearer picture of your RSVP progress without any manual work.
Instead of wondering:
“Who still hasn’t replied?”
You’ll know instantly - giving you more time to focus on the fun parts of wedding planning. 💍
✨ Pro Tip:As your RSVP deadline gets closer, regularly checking the Empty filter is one of the easiest ways to stay on top of your guest responses. It instantly shows you who still hasn’t replied, so you can send reminders, follow up quickly, and avoid last-minute surprises.
