Go to your Guestlist tab, click the three dots in the top-right corner, and select Export.

You’ll have two options. Download all data will export your entire guestlist, including all guests regardless of filters. Download filtered data will export only the guests currently shown on your screen, based on any filters you’ve applied.

After clicking Export, you can choose between CSV for simple data use, XLSX for Excel (recommended), or ZIP if you want all formats along with any uploaded files.

<i>Pro Tip: f you want a more tailored export, apply filters in your Guestlist first, then choose Download filtered data to export only what you need.</i>
