πŸ” Using Search to Find Guests Quickly

Search lets you find any guest instantly using names, contact details or tags.

To search:

  • Open your Guestlist tab

  • Click the Search Bar at the top

  • Type a name, email, phone number or keyword

  • Matching guests appear immediately

Tip:
Search works across all guest details - including plus-ones and household names.

🧩 Filtering Your Guestlist

Filters help you focus on specific groups of guests.

To apply filters:

  • Open the Guestlist tab

  • Click the Filter icon

  • Select one or more filters, such as:

    • Status: Attending, Not Attending, Pending

    • Tags: VIP, Family, Crew, Vendors

    • Households: Show household groups

    • Plus-Ones: Show guests with +1

    • Categories (if enabled)

Your view updates instantly based on the filters you choose.

Tip:
You can combine filters - for example:

  • Pending + VIP

  • Attending + Households

🏷 Filtering by Tags & Categories

Tags and categories help you organise guests by roles, groups, or characteristics, such as:

  • Family types

  • VIPs

  • Seating blocks

  • Staff or vendors

  • Dietary needs

  • Invitation types

To filter by a tag:

  • Click Filter

  • Choose the tag you want

  • Only guests with that tag will appear

Perfect for seating plans, targeted communications or creating custom segments.

πŸ›  Why Search & Filters Matter

Using search, filters and segmentation helps you:

  • Manage RSVPs efficiently

  • Follow up with guests who haven’t responded

  • Build accurate seating plans

  • Track attendance at a glance

  • Stay organised β€” especially with large guestlists

A clean, filtered view makes event planning faster, simpler and more intuitive.
