Accommodation refunds depend on the refund policy set by the hotel at the time of booking. Each reservation may have different terms, including:
Fully refundable bookings within a specific timeframe
Partial refunds
Non-refundable bookings
The applicable refund policy is always displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.
Refundable Bookings
If your booking is eligible for a refund:
Refund requests must be made within the allowed refund period.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Bookings
For non-refundable reservations:
Refunds are generally not available once the booking is confirmed.
Any exceptions are entirely subject to the hotel’s approval and are not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund

Once received, our team will review the applicable refund policy and coordinate with the hotel or booking provider on your behalf. You’ll then be informed of the outcome and next steps.
