How to request a date change

To request a change, please email [email protected] using the same email address associated with the booking and include the following information:

  • Booking reference number

  • Hotel name

  • Original check-in and check-out dates

  • New dates you would like to request

Once we receive your request, we’ll contact the hotel directly on your behalf.

What happens next

If the hotel approves the change:

  • An additional fee may apply for extra nights or amended dates, based on the hotel’s current rates

  • Any extra charges will be shared with you for approval before confirmation

  • The amended booking or added night may be refundable until a specific date, depending on the hotel’s policy

  • Prices and availability are subject to change until the amendment is confirmed

If the hotel cannot amend your booking

If the hotel is unable to update your reservation, you may need to:

  • Book the additional night separately, or

  • Cancel the existing booking and create a new reservation (subject to the cancellation policy)

Our support team will guide you through the best available option.

Where to find your booking details

You can find your booking reference number and stay details in:

  • Your accommodation confirmation email

  • Your TTO account under Accommodation / Bookings

Once your request is submitted, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we receive feedback from the hotel.

Notes ⚠️
Date changes are subject to hotel availability and approval and are not guaranteed. We recommend submitting requests as early as possible. Changes are only confirmed once approved by the hotel and confirmed by our support team. Requests sent from a different email address may take longer to process.
