If your hotel becomes unavailable, we’ll share all relevant details as soon as possible, including the reason for the change and how it may impact your stay. We’ll also outline the options provided by the hotel or booking partner. Depending on availability and the hotel’s policy, this may include moving your reservation to an alternative accommodation, adjusting your existing booking, or offering the option to cancel.
You’ll have the opportunity to review all available options before any changes are made. Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, we’ll coordinate the necessary arrangements on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.
