Each accommodation booking has its own cancellation terms, which may include:
Free cancellation until a specific date and time
Cancellation with fees
Non-cancellable bookings
The applicable cancellation policy is always displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our [email protected] and provide your booking reference number.
Once we receive your request:
Our team will review the applicable cancellation policy.
We’ll coordinate the cancellation with the hotel or booking provider on your behalf.
You’ll be informed whether the cancellation is free of charge or subject to fees.
What Happens After Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, no charges will apply.
If cancellation fees apply, the amount will be confirmed before proceeding.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Non-Cancellable Bookings
For non-cancellable reservations:
Cancellations may not be possible once the booking is confirmed.
Any exceptions are subject to the hotel’s approval and are not guaranteed.

TTO acts as an intermediary and cannot override hotel or provider cancellation policies.
Cancellation deadlines are based on the hotel’s local time zone unless stated otherwise.
Refund timelines vary and are outside TTO’s direct control.
