This commonly happens when a guest has a plus one and the plus one does not have the same tags as the primary guest. In order for tag-based RSVP questions to work correctly, both the primary guest and their plus one must have matching tags.
Another possible reason is missing guest information. Guests should have at least an email address or phone number added to the guest list before opening the RSVP link. Without this, the system may not recognize the guest correctly during the RSVP flow.
If updates are made to tags or guest details, ask the guest to refresh the page or reopen the RSVP link.
