❓ Can I ask guests for their home address through an e-card?

Yes - you can collect guest home addresses directly through your RSVP form.
This is the easiest way to gather mailing details for invitations, thank-you cards, or welcome packages.

📩 How to Request Addresses Using the RSVP Form

To add a home address field to your RSVP:

• Go to RSVP Settings
• Enable Custom Questions
• Add a new question asking for the guest’s home address
• Save your changes

You can phrase the question however you prefer, such as:
“Please provide your home address for mailing purposes.”

This question will appear on the guest’s RSVP form and will be saved directly to their profile.

✉️ Sending the Request Through an E-Card

If you want to notify guests via e-card:

• Create a custom email/e-card
• Include your RSVP link
• Let guests know you’re collecting home addresses in the RSVP form

A simple message works perfectly, such as:
“We kindly ask you to include your home address when submitting your RSVP.”

🖼️ What Guests Will See

When guests open your RSVP, they’ll see a custom field where they can enter:

• Street address
• City
• State/Province
• Postal code

(Your screenshot example shows how guests will encounter custom RSVP questions.)

💡 Why Use RSVP to Collect Addresses?

Collecting addresses through the RSVP keeps everything:

• Organized in one place
• Linked to each guest
• Exportable for mailing lists
• Automatically saved to your Guestlist

No need for manual follow-ups or separate forms.

💬 When to Contact Support

Reach out if:

• Your custom question isn’t appearing
• You need help formatting the address field
• You want to request multiple address fields (e.g., country, apartment number)

We’re happy to help you set it up smoothly.
