👥 Choose Who You Want to Send It To

Go to your Guestlist and decide how you want to send your E-Card:

  • Send to your entire guestlist

  • Send to selected guests

  • Send to households

  • Send individually

You’re always in control of who receives your digital invitation.

✉️ Open the E-Card Sender

After choosing your guests, click the Send E-Card option.
This opens the sending window where you can review everything before delivery.

📝 Personalise Your Message (Optional)

Add a short greeting or intro message to make your E-Card feel warm and personal. This message appears at the top of your email.

🔘 Select Your E-Card

Choose the E-Card you want to send from your saved designs.
You can send different E-Cards to different groups if your events require it.

📧 Confirm Guest Emails

You’ll see the list of guests who will receive the E-Card.
TTO automatically uses the email you have saved for each guest or household.

🚀 Send Your E-Card

When everything looks perfect, click Send.
Your E-Card is delivered instantly to your guests’ inboxes.

🧪 Send a Test to Yourself First

Before sending your E-Card to guests, you can send a test email to your own personal address.
This helps you:

  • See exactly what your guests will receive

  • Check the design, formatting, and links

  • Make sure everything looks perfect

  • Edit anything before the final send

Testing gives you full peace of mind before going live.

🔄 Resend or Forward Anytime

If a guest needs their E-Card again, you can resend it at any time.
This is helpful for guests who can’t find the email or accidentally deleted it.

📊 Track Delivery & Opens

After sending, you can monitor:

  • Delivered invitations

  • Opened invitations

  • Clicks on the RSVP or event button

  • Bounced or undelivered emails

This helps you know exactly who has seen your invitation and who might need a reminder.
