⭐ Understanding Your E-Card Delivery Status

When you send an e-card through TTO, you can track who received it, who opened it, and whether any issues occurred. The E-Card Details window gives you a full overview of your delivery results.

📬 E-Card Information

  • Name – The title of the e-card (e.g., RSVP 1)

  • Theme – The design you selected

  • Last sent – The date you last sent the e-card

  • Link – A direct link to your e-card, with options to copy or export

📊 Delivery Results Explained

The delivery summary shows how your e-card performed since it was first sent. You will see:

  • Sent – Total number of e-cards sent

  • Delivered – Emails that reached the inbox

  • Not delivered – Emails that bounced or failed

  • Opened – Emails that the recipients opened

  • Link clicked – Guests who clicked through to the e-card

  • Error – Any sending issues detected

This helps you quickly gauge overall engagement and identify any delivery problems.

👀 Viewing Each Recipient

Below the summary, you’ll find a detailed list showing:

  • Guest name

  • Email address

  • Whether the email was opened ✔️

  • Whether the e-card itself was opened ✔️

Guests appear under Delivered or Not delivered depending on their email status.

➕ Sending to More Guests

You can resend the e-card or send it to additional guests at any time using the Send to more guests button.
You can also open your full guestlist to review or edit guest details.

  • A full history of your e-card sends

  • Real-time delivery and engagement data

  • Individual insights into who opened your email and e-card

It’s the easiest way to monitor your invitations and ensure everyone receives their event details.
