👤 Editing a Single Guest
You can edit any guest directly from your Guestlist.
To update an individual guest:
Open your Guestlist tab
Click the guest’s name to open their profile sidebar
Edit fields such as:
Name
Email
Phone number
Dietary needs
Meal choices
Tags
Plus-ones
Click Save
Tip:
If a guest updates their details during RSVP, TTO syncs those changes automatically.
🧹 Deleting a Guest
To delete a guest:
Locate the guest in your Guestlist
Tick the box beside their name
Select Delete
Confirm deletion
This removes the guest and any linked plus-ones immediately.
🧩 Bulk Editing Multiple Guests
Save time by updating several guests at once.
To bulk edit:
Tick the guests you want to update
Click Edit in the header bar
Update fields in the sidebar (e.g., attendance, meals, tags)
Click Save
All selected guests update instantly.
🍽️ Updating Meal Choices, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
You can update catering details in two ways:
Individually: Open a guest’s profile
In bulk: Use Bulk Edit for multiple guests
If guests provide these details via RSVP, they will auto-fill.
