From the Client Event Dashboard:
Click Settings
Select Collaborators
Within this section, clients can view all users associated with the event, including:
Main Planner
Co-Planner
Client or Couple Collaborators
šCan Clients See the Main Planner and Co-Planner?
Yes. Clients can view the assigned Main Planner and Co-Planner by navigating to Settings > Collaborators.

This makes it easy for clients to identify the planners responsible for managing their event and know who they can reach out to throughout the planning process.

When a Main Planner and Co-Planner have been assigned to an event, their names will appear in the Collaborators list for clients to view.
šCan Clients Access the Collaborators Section?
Yes. Clients have access to the Collaborators section and can view all collaborators associated with their event.
This allows clients to see who has access to the event workspace and understand who is involved in the planning process.
ā Can Clients Invite Collaborators?
Yes, with some limitations.
Clients can invite additional participants to collaborate on the event through the Collaborators section.

Example:
A client may invite their partner or Maid of Honor to access and collaborate within the event.
š Can Clients/Couples Add or Invite Planners?
No. Clients can view the Main Planner, Co-Planner, and other collaborators within the Collaborators section, but they cannot add, invite, remove, or reassign planners.
Planner assignments, including Main Planner and Co-Planner roles, can only be managed by the authorized Main Planner.
This ensures planner ownership, responsibilities, and event management remain properly maintained throughout the planning process.
Note:
This restriction only applies to planner assignments. Access to other event features and tools may vary depending on the permissions configured by the planner.
