Overview

The Collaborators feature allows you to invite others to access and help manage a wedding. You can assign different roles depending on who you’re inviting, ensuring everyone has the appropriate level of access and responsibility.

You can invite collaborators using two roles: Co-Planner and Client/Couple. Each role is designed for a specific purpose.

Invite Co-Planner

Use this option to invite other planners or team members who are helping you manage the event.

Co-planners can:

  • Collaborate on planning tasks

  • Manage wedding details and settings

  • Help oversee guest information, accommodation, and logistics

This role is ideal for colleagues, assistants, or planning partners working with you on the wedding.

Invite Client / Couple

Use this option to invite the couple getting married (your clients).

Clients/Couples can:

  • View and manage their own wedding details

  • Access guest lists, RSVPs, accommodation, and other features

  • Stay involved and informed throughout the planning process

This role is best for giving the couple visibility and control over their own wedding.

Summary

  • Co-Planners help plan and manage the event

  • Clients/Couples are the owners of the wedding and participate in managing their details

Choosing the correct role ensures everyone has the right level of access and responsibility.
