How guest lists work
There is one shared guest list per event, even if the event spans multiple days.
You can use RSVP statuses, tags, or filters to sort guests by specific days or functions.
Collaborator limitations
Clients or couples can only be invited to collaborate on a single event.
If you create multiple separate events and try to invite the same client to each one, they may only see one event or encounter issues.
Team members (not clients) can be invited as collaborators to multiple events.
Recommended setup
If you are working with the same couple across multiple days (e.g. welcome dinner, wedding day, after party), we recommend:
Creating one main event, and
Managing different days or suppliers using tags, notes, or filters within that event.
This helps avoid confusion and ensures the client has full visibility and access.
