From your event dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Collaborators. In this section, you can view all current collaborators, including their names, email addresses, and assigned roles.
You can invite others by using the Invite co-planner or Invite client/couple options. Inviting a co-planner allows another planner or team member to assist with planning tasks; however, adding a co-planner includes an additional fee, which will be added to your subscription billing. Inviting a client or couple allows them to view and collaborate on event details relevant to them at no additional cost.
Once invited, collaborators will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to join the event. Roles are clearly displayed so you can easily identify who has access and what level of involvement they have in the event.
