⚙️ How to change the guest name display

Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner

Scroll to the Show full guest names option

1. Open your Floorplan
2. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner
3. Scroll to the Show full guest names option
4. Toggle the setting ON or OFF
5. Click Save

📝 When “Show full guest names” is enabled 

Guests will display using their full names.

- Final seating reviews
- Printing floorplans
- Easily identifying guests

✂️ When “Show full guest names” is disabled

Guest names will appear in an abbreviated format using initials and surnames.

- Large floorplans
- Cleaner layouts
- Better spacing between seats

💡 Tip :Use abbreviated names while building your layout for better visibility, then switch to full names when finalising or presenting the seating plan.
