🛠️ Edit a Table

To make changes to an existing table:
1️⃣ Open the wedding and go to the Floorplan section
2️⃣ Click on the table you want to edit
3️⃣ Update details such as the table name or number of seats
4️⃣ Save your changes

🧭 Move a Table

To reposition a table on the floorplan:
1️⃣ Click and hold the table
2️⃣ Drag it to the desired position
3️⃣ Release to place it in the new location

Changes are saved automatically as you move items around.

🪑 Edit Seats

Individual seats can’t be moved one by one at the moment. Seats are managed by adjusting the seat count for each table.

To update seats:
1️⃣ Select the table you’d like to update
2️⃣ Update the number of seats for that table
3️⃣ Save your changes

Seats will automatically update based on the new seat count.

🔄 What’s Coming Next
We’re actively working on improvements that will allow more flexible seat-level editing in the future.

👀 Client Visibility
Any updates made to tables or seats will reflect based on the client’s visibility settings for the floorplan.

💡 Best Practice
We recommend finalising table layouts once RSVPs are confirmed to minimise last-minute changes.
