📄 Exporting Questionnaire Responses as a PDF

That’s The One makes it easy to download completed questionnaire responses as a PDF for sharing, printing, or record-keeping. You can quickly access and export each response directly from the questionnaire.

📄 How to Export a Questionnaire Response

  1. Go to Questionnaires from your main menu

  2. Open the questionnaire you’d like to export responses from

  3. On the right-hand panel, locate Questionnaire Responses

  4. Click Preview & Print next to the respondent’s name

  5. In the preview screen, click Print / Save as PDF at the top

  6. Select Save as PDF in your browser’s print settings to download

📍 Where to Find Questionnaire Responses

Responses are located inside each questionnaire in the right-hand sidebar under Questionnaire Responses. From here, you can view and export individual submissions.


👁️ Using Preview & Print

The Preview & Print option opens a clean, formatted version of the completed questionnaire. This view is optimized for downloading or printing as a PDF.

📄 Saving as a PDF

Once in the preview screen:

  • Click Print / Save as PDF

  • In your browser’s print dialog, choose Save as PDF

  • Confirm to download the file

📌 Important Notes

  • You can export one response at a time

  • The PDF layout reflects your questionnaire’s design (branding, sections, etc.)

  • Published questionnaires cannot be edited — duplicate them if changes are needed

💡 Troubleshooting

If you don’t see the Save as PDF option:

  • Make sure you clicked Print / Save as PDF in the preview screen

  • Check your browser’s print settings (the option name may vary slightly)
