To export your floor plan, open the export modal and choose the format that fits your needs. You can export either a detailed PDF or a visual-only image.
When exporting, you’ll be able to choose:
• The export format (PDF or Image)
• The meal course to display in the PDF
• Whether you’d like to preview the file before downloading
• The image resolution for image exports
📄 Full Floor Plan PDF
The PDF export creates a complete, structured version of your floor plan designed for planning and coordination.
Your PDF includes:
• The full floor plan layout
• Table numbers and seating assignments
• Guest meal choices (starter, main, or dessert)
• A multi-page format suitable for sharing or printing
This option is best used when you need seating and meal details for vendors or final confirmations.
🖼️ Canvas Image Only
The image export captures only what is visible on the canvas.
Your image export includes:
• The visual layout and furniture placement
• Design elements only
• No guest names, table numbers, or meal information
This option works best for presentations, inspiration, or sharing the layout without logistical details.
✨ Choosing the Right Export
If you need detailed guest and meal information, the full floor plan PDF is the right choice. If you only need a clean visual of the layout, the canvas image export is the better option.
Note: Export performance depends on your device’s available memory and processing power. Larger or more detailed floor plans may take longer to generate, and in some cases may not export successfully on lower-performance devices. For the best experience, we recommend closing other applications and using a device with sufficient memory when exporting complex floor plans.
