✔️ Select Multiple Items
Choose timeline items using the checkboxes, or use Select all to quickly select everything. The total number of selected items will be shown for easy tracking.
✏️ Edit in Bulk
Click the Edit button to update multiple timeline items at the same time. You can easily update:
• Event details
• Colour tags
• Assigned collaborators
• Tagged vendors
All changes will automatically apply to every selected item.
👥 Assign Multiple Vendors (Party Involved)
You can now select multiple vendors under the Party involved field for each timeline item. This allows you to assign all relevant vendors—such as catering, bar staff, or planners—to a single event.
This makes coordination easier and ensures everyone involved in that part of the event is clearly identified.
🗑️ Delete in One Click
Remove multiple timeline items instantly by clicking the Delete button and confirming your action.
Note: Bulk edits apply the same changes across all selected items. Deleted items cannot be recovered. This feature is perfect for making quick updates across large timelines.
