📋 How to Copy Timeline Items
Go to the Timeline section of your event
Tick the ✅ checkbox next to each timeline item you want to copy
A bottom bar will appear showing how many items are Selected (e.g. Selected: 2)
You can also click Select all to select all items at once or Clear to deselect
Click the ⋯ icon on the bottom right to open the Bulk Actions menu
Select Copy to wedding from the options
🔎 Selecting the Destination Wedding A Copy timeline items pop-up will appear:
A dropdown will show the destination wedding - use the Search options bar to find the specific wedding you'd like to copy the items into
Select the wedding from the list (e.g. Test Accommodation 9)
Click Copy items to confirm
✅ Confirmation Once copied, a success notification will appear in the top right corner confirming how many items were copied (e.g. "2 items copied") along with a quick link to navigate directly to the destination wedding to verify the items have been added successfully.
Once you navigate to the destination wedding, you'll be able to see all the copied timeline items now appearing in the Timeline section - organised by date exactly as they were in the original wedding. Each item will show its start time, end time, and title, and you can continue editing or adding more items from there.
ℹ️ Key note: Copying timeline items does not remove them from the original wedding - they will remain in place. Only a copy is created in the destination wedding, so you can always go back to the original at any time.
