🔗 How to Share Your Timeline
Go to your Timeline page from the left sidebar
Click the Share button at the top right of the timeline
A pop-up will appear with a shareable link
Choose from the two options below 👇
📋 Copy Link
Click Copy Link to copy the timeline URL to your clipboard. You can then paste and send it directly to your clients or vendors via email, WhatsApp, or any messaging platform of your choice.
🔍 Open Link
Click Open Link to preview the timeline first before sharing. This lets you see exactly what your clients and vendors will see when they open it.
📌 Note: Both Copy Link and Open Link are view-only - neither gives the recipient the ability to edit your timeline. Anyone with the link can view the schedule, but only users with actual access to your wedding account can make changes.
🔒 New: Link Protection
You can now add extra protection to your shared timeline link, right from the same Share timeline pop-up:
Set an expiration date
Toggle this on to make the link stop working automatically at the end of a chosen day
Pick your Expiration date from the calendar that appears
Require a passcode
Toggle this on to require anyone opening the link to enter a passcode first
A passcode is generated automatically — click Generate anytime to create a new one, or Copy to copy it for sharing separately from the link itself
Once you've set your preferences, click Save changes.
💡 Tip: Both toggles are optional and can be turned off — leave them off if you'd rather keep the link simple and always accessible.
👥 Who Can See the Timeline?
Anyone with the shared link can view the timeline publicly — no login required! This is perfect for:
👰 Clients — so they can follow the wedding day schedule
🏢 Vendors — so they know exactly when and where they need to be
🤝 Collaborators — team members added to the event
⚠️ Important Notes: Make sure all timeline items are up to date before sharing. Any changes made after sharing will be automatically reflected on the shared link.
