📤 Generating a Share Link
Open your Floorplan
Click the Share button
A Share floor plan pop-up will appear with a live link
Click Copy link to copy it to your clipboard — you can then paste and send it directly via email or your messaging platform of choice
⚠️ Important: Anyone with this link can view the floor plan exactly as it looks right now — and any changes you make later, including guest names, will also update on the shared link. If you'd rather share a fixed version, or hide certain details, use Export (image or PDF) instead.
📌 Note: Recipients can zoom and pan around the floor plan, but they can't make any changes to it.
🔒 Link Protection
You can add extra protection to your shared link, right from the same Share floor plan pop-up:
Set an expiration date
Toggle this on to make the link stop working automatically at the end of a chosen day
Pick your Expiration date — this is required once the toggle is on, so be sure to select a date before saving
Require a passcode
Toggle this on to require anyone opening the link to enter a passcode first
A passcode is generated automatically — click Generate anytime to create a new one, or Copy to copy it for sharing separately from the link itself
Once you've set your preferences, click Save changes.
💡 Tip: Both toggles are optional — leave them off if you'd rather keep the link simple and always accessible.
📌 Note: If you've required a passcode, be sure to share it separately with your recipients so they can actually open the link.
⚠️ Important Notes
Make sure your floor plan is up to date before sharing — any changes you make afterward will automatically reflect on the shared link
If you've set an expiration date, the link will stop working at the end of that day — you'll need to generate a new share link (or update the expiration date) to keep sharing it
Need a version that won't change or that hides certain details? Use Export (image or PDF) instead of the share link
