🔗 How do I access the share option for a specific moodboard?

To share a moodboard, you must first open the specific board you want to share.

From the main Moodboards page, you’ll see a list of all your boards, but you won’t be able to share from this view.

Instead:

  1. Click into your chosen moodboard

  2. Look to the top right corner of the screen

  3. Click the “Share” button next to “Edit board”

This will open the sharing options for that specific board.

📤 What happens when I click the “Share” button?

Once you click “Share”, a pop-up will appear with a public link to your moodboard.

From this pop-up, you can:
• Click “Copy link” to share it manually
• Click “Open link” to preview the public version

This link is what you’ll send to vendors, clients, or collaborators.

👀 What will others see when they open the shared moodboard link?

Anyone with the link will be able to:
• View all images in your moodboard
• See your layout, styling, and overall vision

The moodboard will appear as a clean, public-facing version of your board.

They do not need to log in or have an account to access it.

🔒 Can anyone edit or make changes to my moodboard through the link?

No — the shared moodboard is strictly view-only.

This means:
• Others can view your content
• They cannot edit, comment, or rearrange anything

Your original moodboard remains fully controlled by you.

🚫 Why can’t I share directly from the main Moodboards page?

The main Moodboards page is designed for managing multiple boards, not sharing them.

Since each moodboard has its own unique link, you need to:
• Open the specific board
• Then access the Share option inside it

This ensures you’re sharing the correct moodboard.

💡 What’s the best way to use moodboard sharing?

Sharing your moodboard helps you:
• Clearly communicate your vision to vendors
• Align with your partner or clients
• Get feedback before final decisions

For best results:
• Keep your board updated
• Share the correct link
• Use it during planning conversations

Note: Your moodboard becomes a simple, visual way to keep everyone aligned — without long explanations.
