🖼️ Step 1: Create Your Board
From your Moodboard, click Edit Board
You'll see two options:
Start a New Board — upload your own images from your device, or hand-pick specific images from Pinterest yourself
Import a Pinterest Board — quickly copies an entire existing Pinterest board over in one go, keeping the original board name and bringing in all its images automatically
Click Select on whichever option fits what you're going for
Enter a Board name (e.g. "Ceremony seating") and, optionally, a Board description to note what the board is for
Click Save
🔗 Step 2: Connect to Pinterest (First Time Only)
If this is your first time pulling in Pinterest content, you'll be prompted to authorize the connection before you can import anything:
Click Connect to Pinterest
You'll be redirected to Pinterest, where you'll see an Authorize app screen confirming what access is being requested (viewing your public boards, including group boards, and your public pins)
Click Give Access
Pinterest will bring you right back to TTO automatically — click Close to continue
📌 Note: You only need to do this once. After connecting, you can import from Pinterest anytime without repeating this step.
📌 Step 3: Import Your Images
Once your board exists, click Import Images from the board's settings panel. You'll see two ways to bring images in:

Click Import from Device
Under My Files, either drag and drop your images directly into the upload area, or click Browse to open your device's file picker
Select your image and click Open — it will upload and appear right on your board
Click the uploaded image to open Edit file information, where you can rename it and add an optional description, then click Save
💡 Tip: You can also connect directly to Google Drive or paste in a Web Address if your image isn't saved locally on your device.

Click Import from Pinterest
Choose the board you'd like to import from
Browse the pins right inside TTO — click on any image to select it (selected images show a green checkmark), or click Select all if you want everything from that board added at once
Once you're happy with your selections, click Import pins
💡 Tip: Don't have a Pinterest board set up yet? You can also save individual pins or collages straight from Pinterest itself — just click Save on any pin you like, and it'll be added to your account for you to import later.
Once imported, your pins will appear on your board, along with any name and description you gave the board
Click into any image to view it larger — imported Pinterest images will show a View on Pinterest link so you can jump back to the original pin
Click the image to open Edit file information, where you can rename it or add a description, then click Save

👀 Step 4: View & Manage Your Board
Imported images appear directly on your board, with the board name and description displayed at the top
Click into any image to open it in a larger view — from here you can leave Comments or click Edit
Use the arrows to move between images if your board has more than one
📌 Note: Images imported from Pinterest are marked at the bottom of the board so you know their source
⚙️ Step 5: Edit or Delete Your Board
Need to make changes later? Head back to Edit Board anytime to:
Update the Board name or Board description
Delete the board entirely if you no longer need it
📌 Note: Deleting a board removes all of its images permanently — this can't be undone, so double check before confirming.
