✏️ Editing a Questionnaire

To edit a questionnaire, go to Questionnaires from your main menu and open the questionnaire you’d like to update.

You can edit questionnaires that are in Draft status at any time. Inside the editor, you can update:

  • The questionnaire name, description, or cover image

  • Questions and content items

  • Expiration dates

All changes are saved automatically while you work.

📄 Duplicating a Questionnaire

Duplicating a questionnaire is a great way to reuse an existing structure without starting from scratch.

You can duplicate a questionnaire in two ways:

  • From inside the questionnaire editor, click Duplicate in the Actions panel

  • From the questionnaires list, click the three dots (⋯) next to a questionnaire and select Create a new copy

The duplicated questionnaire will be saved as a Draft, allowing you to make changes before sending it.

🗑️ Deleting a Questionnaire

If a questionnaire is no longer needed, you can delete it from the questionnaires list by selecting the three dots (⋯) and choosing Delete.

⚠️ Note: Deleting a questionnaire is permanent and cannot be undone.

📊 Understanding Questionnaire Statuses

Each questionnaire has a status to help you keep track:

  • Draft – Still being edited and not yet sent

  • Published – Has been sent to clients

This makes it easy to see which questionnaires are active at a glance.

Note: 👉 Published questionnaires can’t be edited. Duplicate the questionnaire to make changes.
