Templates can be created for To-Do lists, Timelines, and Questionnaires, making it easier to maintain consistency across all your weddings.
📝 To-Do Templates
Create reusable task lists for different types of weddings, including Traditional & Classic, Modern Contemporary, Destination Wedding, Intimate Elopement, and Cultural & Religious celebrations. Once applied to an event, the template automatically populates the tasks, helping you stay organised from day one.
You can also create your own custom To-Do templates directly from the Templates section.

Go to Templates from the left sidebar
Click + Add template (top right)
Enter your template name and description
Add your To-Do items and assign timelines/due dates
Save the template
Once created, the template can be reused and applied to any wedding or event.
⏱️ Timeline Templates
Design structured timelines tailored to various wedding styles such as Traditional & Classic, Modern Contemporary, Destination Wedding, Intimate Elopement, and Cultural & Religious events. These templates provide a ready-made framework that can be customised to suit each couple’s unique celebration.
📋 Questionnaire Templates
Build custom questionnaires to collect important information from your couples. Templates allow you to reuse question sets across multiple weddings, ensuring you gather consistent details every time.
🪑 Floorplan Templates
Create and reuse floor plan templates to simplify seating planning across multiple events. Floorplan Templates allow you to design a layout once and apply it to different weddings or celebrations, saving time and ensuring consistency.
You can customise each template with your preferred table setup, guest capacity, and layout structure. Once created, simply duplicate or assign the template to a specific event date.
This is especially helpful for planners working with recurring venues or similar event setups.
📄 Contract Templates
Create reusable contract templates so you don't need to build a new contract from scratch for every client. Once saved, a contract template can be imported directly into the Contract section of any Proposal, keeping your agreements consistent and professional across all your bookings.
📋 Proposal Templates
Save a full proposal layout - including your design, sections, services, and payment structure - as a reusable template. This is especially useful if you tend to offer similar packages across clients, since it saves you from rebuilding the same proposal structure each time.
🗒️ Notes Templates
Save reusable note templates so you don't need to rewrite the same recurring notes for every event. Each note template shows who added it and when, making it easy to track and reuse.
💡 Tip: This is especially useful for notes you tend to repeat across events — like standard reminders, planning tips, or internal checklists you want handy for every wedding.
Note: After assigning a template to an event, you can still adjust tables and seating arrangements to match the couple’s final guest count.
➕ Add a New Template
Click + Add Template to create a new template. You can customise the name, structure, and content depending on the type of template you’re creating.
🔧 Template Editing Controls
When you open a template, you can customise and control how it functions before applying it to any event.
👁️ Visibility – Choose whether the template is visible to Only me or shared with your Team, helping you control access and collaboration.
✏️ Edit Template Details – Update the template name and description to keep your library organised and clearly labelled.
➕ Add Content – Add new tasks, timeline items, or questions depending on the template type.
📤 Export – Download the template structure if you need a copy for documentation or external reference.
🔁 Duplicate – Create a copy of the template to customise a variation without altering the original version.
🗑️ Delete – Remove templates that are no longer needed to keep your workspace clean and efficient.
💾 Save – Save your updates to ensure all changes are applied for future use.
⚠️ Important Note: Templates can be used across different events. To apply a template to a wedding, simply import it from the event’s template panel. This allows you to quickly incorporate pre-built structures into any event without recreating them manually.
