📄 Duplicating a Questionnaire
Duplicating a questionnaire is a great way to reuse an existing structure for another event without starting from scratch.
To duplicate a questionnaire:
🗂️ Go to Questionnaires from your main menu and open the questionnaire you'd like to copy
👉 On the right-hand panel, click Duplicate under the Actions section
The duplicated questionnaire will be saved as a Draft, allowing you to make changes before publishing or sending it.
👁️ Publishing a Questionnaire
A questionnaire must be published before it can be shared or sent to clients.
To publish a questionnaire:
📂 Open the questionnaire you'd like to publish
🔵 On the right-hand panel, click the blue Publish button under the Actions section
The status will change from Draft to Published and the questionnaire will be ready to share.
💡 Published questionnaires cannot be edited. If you need to make changes, duplicate the questionnaire first.
🔗 Sharing a Questionnaire
Once your questionnaire is published, you can share it directly with your clients.
To share a questionnaire:
📂 Open the published questionnaire
👉 On the right-hand panel, click Share under the Actions section
📋 Copy the link or send it directly to your clients
The Share option is only available once the questionnaire has been published. If your questionnaire is still in Draft status, the Share button will be greyed out and cannot be used. Make sure to click Publish first to activate the Share option. This ensures that your clients receive a complete and finalised questionnaire before they are asked to fill it out.
