🧩 Step 1: Add a Timeline Item
Go to the Timeline tab inside your event and select + Add Timeline Item.
For each item, you can add:
✏️ Title & Description
Write a clear title and add detailed notes.
You can include:
• Colours
• Bold text
• Hyperlinks (e.g., venue maps or dress code pages)
🕒 Date & Time
Add a start time and an optional end time.
Times are shown in military format (e.g., 22:00 = 10 PM).
Timeline items automatically reorder based on time.
🎨 Colour Tag
Add colour to help visually organise your day.
Colours make it easy to separate:
• Vendor tasks
• Ceremony items
• Reception details
• Travel & setup windows
👥 Tag Vendors
Tag any vendor or person who needs to be involved, like:
• Hair stylist
• Makeup artist
• Photographer
• Planner
• Bride, groom, bridal party
• DJ or band
• Venue manager
Vendors must be added in the Vendors tab before they appear in the dropdown.
🔍 Step 2: Filter by Vendor
Filtering makes it easy to create personalised schedules.
To filter:
Select a vendor from the dropdown, and the timeline will instantly adjust to show only the items they’re tagged in.
To see everything again, choose All.
This lets you create individual vendor run sheets without manually editing anything.
📤 Step 3: Export & Share
When your timeline is ready, select Download PDF.
Before generating your file, you can add an optional introduction such as:
• Venue address
• Parking instructions
• Dress code
• Key reminders for the vendor
Click Generate PDF and the following will be included:
🖼️ Header
• Planner logo
• Export date
• “Created for: [Vendor Name]” or “All”
📅 Full Timeline
A clean, structured view of the vendor’s assigned timeline items.
📇 Vendor Contact Sheet
At the end of the PDF, you’ll see a complete vendor list with:
• Name
• Company
• Phone number
• Email
• Instagram handle
This helps vendors contact each other quickly on the day.
