The Timeline tool helps you organize your wedding day with a clear, structured schedule—from preparation to the final send-off.
📋 Can I start with a template?
Yes. You can use timeline templates designed for different wedding styles and customize them to fit your event.
➕ How do I add and edit events?
Click “+ Add timeline item” to create events. You can drag and drop to reorder, or click into any item to edit, duplicate, or delete it.
⏱️ Can I shift several timeline items at once?
Yes. Select the items you want to move, choose Time Shift from the bulk actions, and shift them earlier or later by days, hours, and/or minutes. Only the selected items move, and TTO automatically handles date changes when a shift crosses midnight.
📍 What details can I include in a timeline item?
You can add start and end time, location, description, notes, vendor tags, and assigned responsibilities.
📅 How do multi-day event indicators work?
Multi-day events display + and – indicators.
• + values show how many days the event continues after the start date
• – values show how many days the event has already been ongoing
🔗🖨️ Can I share or export the timeline?
Yes. You can share it with your team and vendors in real time, or export it as a PDF with applied filters.
