The Calendar gives you a clear, centralised view of all your upcoming payments and to-dos. It helps you track deadlines, stay organised, and manage responsibilities across clients and team members β€” all in one place.

You can use the Calendar to monitor payments, manage tasks, and filter items by owner, client, type, or due date.

πŸ—“ Monthly Calendar View

The main calendar displays a monthly overview of all scheduled items.

Each date may contain:


β€’ To-Dos
β€’ Payments

Click on any date to view the items scheduled for that day. The selected date will highlight, and a detail panel will appear showing everything due.

πŸ“Œ Viewing Items on a Selected Date

When you click on a specific date, you’ll see:

β€’ The item title (e.g. Pay Β£10,000.00 to Food Catering)
β€’ The item type (Payment or To-Do)
β€’ The associated contact
β€’ An Open button to access the full record

This allows you to quickly jump into the task or payment without searching manually.

Use the filter panel on the left-hand side to customise what you see.

Filter items by team member.

Select one or multiple owners to see only their assigned tasks and payments.

Use the dropdown to filter by a specific client or view all clients.

Select one or both depending on what you want to focus on.

Quickly filter by:
