Instead of jumping between individual weddings, you can manage your workload efficiently from a single dashboard.

📊 To-Do Overview at a Glance


At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of your To-Do’s for the selected period. Tasks are automatically organised by:

  • High priority

  • Medium priority

  • Low priority

  • Overdue

This snapshot helps you instantly identify urgent work and prioritise your day.

🔎 Filter by Team Member


Use filters to narrow down tasks by owner or team member. This is especially helpful for larger teams managing multiple weddings at once.

📋 Task Breakdown


Each task row includes:

  • Client name – The wedding or event linked to the task

  • Type – Indicates whether it’s a To-Do or another action type

  • Task description – Clear detail of what needs to be completed

  • Due date – Highlighted if overdue

  • Priority level – Marked as High, Medium, or Low

  • Owner – Assigned team member responsible for completion

Overdue tasks are clearly labelled, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Overdue Alerts


Tasks that pass their due date are automatically marked as Overdue, making it easy to identify what requires immediate attention.
