📋 View All Your Events
When you open the Events section, you'll see a list of all your weddings and events, organized into Upcoming and Archived tabs, each showing a running count of events in that view.
For each event, you'll see:
Client name
Start date and End date
Labels — any event type tags applied (e.g. Quinceañera)
Collaborators — everyone with access to that event
Use Filter by label to narrow the list down to a specific event type, or the Search bar to quickly find an event by name. Click + Add event to create a new one.
💡 Tip: Hovering over any event row reveals a quick Go to event shortcut, so you don't need to click into the row itself to jump in.
📌 Note: You can navigate through the different sections of TTO using the left-hand sidebar. If you need more screen space, simply click « Collapse sidebar to hide it and expand your view.
🔄 Upcoming vs Archived Events
Events are organised into:
Upcoming events for active weddings
Archived events for completed weddings
This keeps your dashboard clean while still allowing access to past events when needed.
🔍 Search for an Event
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific wedding by client name - especially helpful when managing multiple events.
🖼️ Change Event Cover
Each event includes a cover image at the top of the page. Click Change cover to update the cover image for your event, allowing you to personalise each wedding and easily distinguish between events visually.
