At the moment, events in TTO cannot be permanently deleted. The only available option is to archive past events.
When an event is archived, it’s removed from your active events list but the data is still kept in the system for record-keeping and reference purposes.
If your concern is client access, we can also remove access for past clients, so they’re no longer able to view the event while you continue to have full access to it.
