Once you submit a request to change or extend your booking, we contact the hotel on your behalf to request approval. Confirmation times can vary depending on the hotel’s availability and internal processes, but most hotels respond within 24–72 hours. During this time, your request remains pending and is not yet confirmed. If the hotel approves the change, we’ll share any additional costs with you for approval, and final confirmation is only issued once payment (if required) and hotel confirmation are complete.
