How to Request a Refund

If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund for your TTO subscription, please follow the steps below.

How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Contact Support
    Reach out to our support team via chat or email and let us know that you are requesting a refund.

  2. Include Your Account Details
    To help us review your request quickly, please include:

    • The email address associated with your TTO account

    • The reason for your refund request

  3. Refund Review & Confirmation
    Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Refund Processing Time

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 8–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the charge and your subscription status.

  • Cancelling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund.

  • You may be asked for additional details to help us locate the charge.
