Keeping your details up to date ensures accurate representation within your workspace.
📝 Personal Details
You can view and manage the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
If you need to update your email address, click Request change. This helps ensure secure updates to your account credentials.
After making any changes, click Save to apply your updates.
🖼️ Profile Photo
Your Profile Photo is displayed on your personal dashboard and across all events you manage.
To update your photo:
Click Edit
Upload your preferred image
A Crop window opens with a square frame over your photo
Drag and resize the frame to choose the part of the photo you want to show
Click Crop to confirm, or Reset to start over
Save your changes
📌 Note: Profile photos are always cropped to a square, so they look clean and consistent wherever they appear in TTO.
💡 Tip: If your photo is a wide or tall shot, move the frame so the main subject sits in the centre.
Adding a profile photo helps personalise your account and makes collaboration within your team more recognisable.
🔒 Logging Out
You can securely log out of your account at any time by clicking Logout at the bottom of the page.
