🧭 Step 1: Go to Your Account Page
Open your Account page from [menu path]
Scroll down to the Security section, below your personal details
🚪 Step 2: Log Out of All Devices
Click Log out of all devices
A confirmation window will pop up. Tick the box to confirm you understand that every device using your account will be logged out
Click Log out everywhere
📌 Note: This logs you out everywhere, including the device you're using now. Other devices are signed out the next time they open the app.
🔑 Signing Back In
To sign back in on any device, just enter your email and use the new login code sent to you.
💡 Tip: Only want to sign out of the device you're on? Use the regular Log out button just above the Security section instead.
❓ When Should I Use This?
You've logged in on a shared or public computer
You've lost a phone, tablet or laptop that was signed in to TTO
A team member no longer needs access on a device they used
You notice anything unusual on your account
