✏️ How to Request a Name Change

Users cannot change their name themselves.
If someone needs their name updated, support can do this for them once they provide:

• Their current name
• Their correct or updated name

The change will be applied across their event.

📧 How to Request an Email Address Change

Email addresses cannot be edited by the user.
Support must update it manually.

To complete the change, we need:
• The current email on the account
• The new email the user wants to use

After the update, they will log in with the new email moving forward.

👤 Updating a Partner’s Name or Email

Partners often need corrections too, such as:
• A misspelled name
• A changed surname
• An old or unused email

Support can quickly update partner details when requested.

📨 Not Receiving Emails

If a user isn’t getting TTO emails, the address on file may be incorrect or outdated.

Support can check and update the email once the user confirms the correct one.

✉️ Signed Up With the Wrong Email

If someone used the wrong email during sign-up, support can replace it with the correct one.
After the update:
• All communication goes to the new email
• Only the new email works for login

📝 Do Users Need Verification?

No ID or documents are required.
We only need the exact name or email they want updated.

🔄 Updating Both Partners’ Details

If both partners need changes, support can update each name or email upon request.
Just provide the correct spelling or new address.

🛠️ Name Isn’t Updating on the Website

If the backend name has been updated but the website still shows the old name, support can refresh the event website details so everything matches.

❓ When to Contact Support

Users should reach out when they want to:
• Update their login email
• Fix incorrect names
• Update partner details
• Correct an email they no longer use
• Resolve issues with missing emails

Support handles all name and email updates directly for them.
