Billing Settings

The Billing section allows you to view and manage all subscription and payment-related details connected to your TTO business account.

From here, you can access your invoices, manage your subscription, and make changes directly through our secure billing partner, Stripe.

🧾 Invoicing & Receipts

To access your invoices and payment receipts, click Open Stripe Account.

You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure customer portal, where you can:

  • View and download invoices

  • Access payment history

  • Review billing details

Simply enter the billing email associated with your subscription, and Stripe will send you a secure login link to access your account.

🔐 Secure Billing via Stripe

TTO partners with Stripe to provide secure and simplified billing management. All subscription payments, invoice records, and billing updates are handled directly within Stripe’s protected environment.

📦 Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription directly through Stripe.

This includes:

  • Updating payment methods

  • Viewing subscription details

  • Cancelling your subscription at any time

If you choose to cancel, the change will be processed through Stripe according to your subscription terms.

⚠️ Important Note: Make sure you use the same email address linked to your TTO subscription when logging into Stripe. If you’re unsure which email was used, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
