📝 Business Details

Keep your organisation information accurate and up to date by managing your Business Name. This name appears throughout your dashboard and across all events you manage, ensuring your business is clearly and consistently represented.

🔗 Business URL Slug

Your Business URL Slug forms part of the URLs used for lead forms and questionnaires. It creates a unique, identifiable link structure for your business within TTO.

⚠️ Please note:This slug is embedded in any links you share. Changing it will break existing links that are already in use. We recommend choosing a unique and recognisable slug and keeping it unchanged once shared, as it helps create a secure, dedicated business URL that is clearly associated with your organisation.

🎨 Business Logo

Your Business Logo appears on your personal dashboard and across all events you manage. Adding or updating your logo helps personalise your workspace and reinforces consistent branding for your business.

To update your logo, click Edit in the Business Logo section and upload your new image. Changes take effect immediately.

🌍 Default Event Settings

Business Settings allow you to define default preferences that are automatically applied whenever you create a new event. These include:

  • Country

  • Language

  • Currency

Setting these defaults ensures your events are configured correctly from the outset, saving time and reducing manual adjustments.

📍 Location-Based Suggestions

TTO may detect your current location and suggest updating your regional settings accordingly. If prompted, you can apply the recommended update with a single click or dismiss the suggestion to keep your existing configuration.

⚠️ Please note: Changes made here apply across your entire business account and will affect all future events.
