📂 Option 1: Keep One Event and Organise by Day
Best if you want everything in one place but clearly split by day.
Go to Settings → Categories
Click Add Category and create one for each day (e.g. "Day 1 – Welcome Dinner", "Day 2 – Wedding", "Day 3 – Brunch")
Choose where each category is used (vendors, budget, or both)
Assign each vendor and budget item to the right day's category
Your vendors and budget stay in one event, grouped by day, so you can see each day's costs at a glance.
💡 Tip: You can also add budget categories straight from the Budget page. Here's
📅 Option 2: Create a Separate Event for Each Day
Best if each day needs to be fully separate, with its own vendors, budget, timeline and more.
Create a new event for each day (Add a New Event)
Or duplicate your existing event to save setup time, and choose exactly what carries over (Duplicating an Event)
📌 Note: Each event has its own guest list and RSVPs, so guests would need to be managed separately for each day. Couples can also only be invited as collaborators to one event: Inviting Clients or Couples to Multiple Events
🤔 Which Option Should I Choose?
One event + categories: one shared guest list, one website, everything in one view
Separate events: fully independent days, but guests, RSVPs and collaborators are managed separately
